Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience
- Strong expertise in SAP Industry Standard for Utilities (ISU), especially in Functional Financial (FICA) or Billing configuration
- Practical experience in leading FICA or Billing projects and delivering innovative solutions is essential for project success
Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, test, debug, implement, maintain, integrate, customize, and enhance existing or new systems
- Apply appropriate Agile methodologies, system development lifecycles, tools, and technologies for managing development activities
- Automate the transition of code releases from development to operations (DevOps)
- Engage in change management and service ticket processes, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective resolution tracking
- Lead projects when necessary and cultivate a deep understanding of the solutions provided
- Grasp ISU Financial, Billing, and Invoicing processes along with backend job functionalities
- Understand the management of payments and balances within the system
- Ensure user satisfaction through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and timely resolution of complex issues
- Design, develop, and test experimental applications to investigate new concepts within defined cost and time constraints
