Requirements
Must:
- Proven experience in an EDI Analyst role or equivalent technical expertise

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily EDI transaction processes, ensuring seamless operation and prompt delivery for all partners
- Serve as the main point of contact for trading partner relations, overseeing onboarding and ongoing support
- Detect, analyze, and resolve EDI issues in collaboration with internal tech teams and external stakeholders
- Oversee and adjust EDI platform settings, communication standards, and data translation tools for optimal stability
- Assist in the creation of EDI documents and address partner-specific requirements while working with development teams
- Perform testing and validation of EDI transactions for new partners or system updates
- Keep current and thorough EDI documentation, including partner profiles and operational guidelines
- Generate and share regular EDI performance metrics and transaction reports with internal teams and management
