Requirements
Must:
- Extensive hands-on experience as a DocuSign Administrator
- Strong proficiency in DocGen (essential)
- Demonstrated troubleshooting and configuration skills in end-to-end document workflows
- Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Act as the key administrator and subject matter expert for DocuSign and DocGen
- Facilitate DocuSign use cases for documents related to deals and correspondence
- Manage DocGen for intricate invoicing and billing templates, including data collection and invoice creation
- Set up, maintain, and resolve issues concerning document templates, workflows, and integrations
- Collaborate with internal teams and DocuSign support to address issues and manage custom requests
- Assist with user acceptance testing activities starting in June and support quality assurance-driven improvements
- Optimize templates and workflows prior to the official launch
