Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree (preferred)
- 5-10+ years of experience in Digital Product Management
- Proven track record in delivering products within an Agile framework
- Proficient use of Jira (mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to drive and manage product roadmaps
- Experience in converting business needs into technical requirements
- Exceptional skills in stakeholder engagement and cross-team collaboration
- Capability to function effectively as a non-technical leader with a strong technical presence
- Previous experience in payment systems (mandatory); banking or financial services experience is highly regarded
- Knowledge of modern payment platforms and ecosystems
- Previous interactions with large vendors like FIS, Fiserv, Finastra, Volante, etc.
- Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and fintech partnerships
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the complete development process of the Payment Hub platform
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create business cases
- Establish and implement product strategy and roadmap
- Convert business requirements into concise functional and technical specifications
- Work closely with business teams, architecture and engineering departments, and external technology vendors
- Act as the main product lead and facilitator across various functions
- Devise and manage the rollout and implementation strategy
- Supervise vendor partnerships to ensure delivery and performance standards are met
- Maintain alignment across teams within a complex technical landscape
