Requirements
Must:
- 4-6+ years of experience in DevOps or build/release engineering
- Strong practical experience with CI/CD using Jenkins
- Knowledge of mobile application deployments (iOS and/or Android)
- Familiarity with web application deployments
- Comprehensive understanding of deployment pipelines, environments, and release workflows
- Capability to work autonomously in a remote setting
- Excellent communication skills and comfort in collaborating with developers and stakeholders
- Preferred/Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with Ionic or hybrid mobile frameworks
- Previous experience in a DevOps lead or senior DevOps position
- Exposure to cloud environments and contemporary DevOps tools
- Experience with both legacy and modern application stacks
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain CI/CD pipelines, emphasizing Jenkins
- Enhance and support web and mobile application deployment processes
- Collaborate with developers to optimize build, test, and release workflows
- Identify and resolve deployment challenges across different environments
- Ensure deployment processes are dependable, reproducible, and thoroughly documented
- Work with cross-functional teams to aid in release planning and delivery
- Spot opportunities to advance automation, efficiency, and deployment stability
- Serve as a DevOps point of contact, offering direction and best practices to the team
Description
We are looking for a DevOps Lead to enhance and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for our web and mobile applications in Dallas, TX. This position will involve a hands-on leadership role in building, maintaining, and refining deployment workflows while closely collaborating with engineering teams to guarantee reliable and consistent releases.
