Requirements
Must:
- 3-5 years of experience in providing software and hardware support, understanding of server and Cisco technologies in a corporate setting
- Proficient in troubleshooting and supporting MS Office applications, including MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS
- Prior experience assisting with the administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications like VDI, patch management, and anti-virus technologies
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system or similar platforms is a plus
- Skilled in backing up user data, recovering lost information, and reimaging devices both remotely and on-site
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of two-factor authentication processes
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and high-pressure environment
Responsibilities
- Configure, install, and test hardware components, including hardware deployment and replacement
- Address hardware and software-related issues for end users to minimize escalation, utilizing the ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Provide cross-functional troubleshooting by managing and maintaining tickets
- Reimage PCs and ensure proper backup and restoration of user data
- Install and verify correct software versions on devices to confirm optimal functionality
- Use Wells utilities to troubleshoot the performance of end-user machines
- Accurately document service events in work orders and ticketing systems
