Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in leading extensive, multi-phase Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials implementations
- Strong understanding of GXP Compliance is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financial modules
- Proficient in deployment strategy, risk management, SOX, and IT change control practices
- Practical experience with deploying Finance, Procurement, and Product Data Hub modules
- Background in chart of accounts and item master data redesign
- Familiarity with financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliation, and compliance
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities across cross-functional teams
- Experience with cloud platforms and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive, multi-phase deployment strategies for the Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials upgrade project
- Establish deployment strategies, key milestones, timelines, and risk management plans
- Act as the primary coordination hub among vendors, IT, and business partners
- Ensure cohesive alignment across interconnected systems
- Supervise system configuration, integrations, data migration, and readiness for deployment
- Conduct thorough testing prior to every release
- Uphold SOX, IT GRC, GXP, security, and change control adherence throughout all deployments
- Offer technical direction and troubleshoot issues during deployment stages
- Oversee extensive data migrations, guaranteeing data precision and integrity
- Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, and mitigation strategies to program leadership
- Retain deployment documentation, lessons learned, and best practices
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and ensure deployment strategies are scalable and future-oriented
- Provide support post-deployment to resolve user issues, defects, and performance challenges

Candidates capable of a hybrid work schedule, ideally three days a week in the White Plains - Tarrytown, NY area, will be highly regarded.
