Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience in data entry and data management
- Proven capability to maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Exceptional attention to detail and superb organizational skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving skills and readiness to ask questions when necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly with external partners
- Detail-focused with a high degree of accuracy
- Self-sufficient and proactive
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate and timely data entry across various systems
- Ensure and enhance data integrity by identifying, correcting, and preventing errors
- Clean, validate, and standardize datasets to ensure consistency and reliability
- Use Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables) for data analysis and management
- Create reports and support data-driven decision-making processes
- Liaise with suppliers to gather, verify, and update necessary data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to and improvement of data processes
- Proactively identify data inconsistencies and propose solutions
