Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Over 3 years of experience in a Data Scientist role
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Strong skills in SQL
- Expertise in Python
- Familiarity with automation techniques
- Experience with data from text and transcript sources, including phone calls
- Knowledge of advanced analytics algorithms such as Apriori, Decision Trees, Naive Bayes, clustering methodologies, Neural Networks, Linear Regression, and Random Forest
- Solid understanding of statistics and machine learning concepts
- Proven ability to design and conduct A/B and multivariate testing
Responsibilities
- Utilize data to address business inquiries and enhance decision-making processes
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to derive meaningful patterns and insights
- Develop and implement innovative solutions informed by exploratory data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data leverage opportunities
- Construct sophisticated predictive models and evaluate their performance for accuracy improvements
- Document methodologies, model choices, and provide rationale for decisions
- Mentor junior colleagues by sharing expertise and guiding their development
