Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- Proven experience in leading data cleanup and conversion for ERP implementations
- Proficiency in utilizing data migration tools
- Strong skills in data analysis, validation, and reconciliation
- Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and database management
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP data structures and integration
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, and compliance standards
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities
- Capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a data cleanup strategy to maintain data quality, consistency, and governance
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and rectify data discrepancies, duplicates, and inaccuracies
- Oversee data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), and conduct multiple mock data loads for Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve data conversion challenges throughout mock loads and during final migration
- Establish data requirements, mapping rules, and validation criteria alongside functional and technical teams
- Execute data validation and reconciliation processes between source systems and Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP
- Leverage Oracle tools to facilitate efficient and precise data migration
- Work with Oracle consultants and external vendors on conversion methods and their implementation
- Document processes for data cleanup, mapping, validation results, and migration challenges
- Provide regular updates on data readiness, risks, and migration progress to project leadership
- Educate teams on data standards, governance, and management practices post-deployment
