Requirements
Must:
- Experience in utilizing Smartsheet within an enterprise setting
- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards with Microsoft Power BI
- Practical experience with data integration tools like DataMesh, Data Shuttle, or equivalents
- Solid understanding of data structures, mapping, and governance principles
- Capacity to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
- Preferred: Familiarity with IBM Maximo, particularly in Asset Management or Work Orders
- Preferred: Background in integrating operational or asset management data into reporting tools
- Preferred: Experience in utilities, energy, asset management, or large enterprise sectors
- Preferred: Knowledge of APIs, SQL, or scripting for data integration and automation
Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and sustain data integrations involving Smartsheet, Microsoft Power BI, IBM Maximo, and other enterprise systems
- Employ integration tools like DataMesh, Data Shuttle, APIs, and automation workflows to facilitate data movement and synchronization
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Microsoft Power BI to provide business and operational insights
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify data needs and convert them into technical solutions
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across integrated systems
- Diagnose integration issues and rectify data inconsistencies
- Document data flow, integration procedures, and reporting logic
- Assist with enhancements and ongoing improvements to data and reporting solutions
