Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in a technology-related discipline (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, etc.)
- Significant experience with relational databases such as Oracle or Snowflake
- Proficiency in developing applications using Python
- Knowledge in data warehousing, data modeling, and building data marts
- Experience creating data applications in Cloud environments (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud)
- Familiarity with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Snaplogic)
- Background in Business Intelligence and Dashboards is advantageous
- Understanding of DevOps, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery practices (Maven, Jenkins, Stash, Ansible, Docker) is a bonus
- Experience in Agile methodologies (Kanban and Scrum) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain data solutions
- Ensure data availability and reliability for analytics and reporting purposes
- Implement data warehousing strategies for improved data organization
- Optimize ETL processes for enhanced data flow
- Build and manage scalable data applications in cloud platforms
- Work with databases to create and maintain efficient data structures
- Analyze and troubleshoot data issues to ensure quality and accuracy
- Create documentation for data processes and methodologies as required
