Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of experience in data engineering and/or utilizing automation tools
- Strong experience in modeling and developing multi-dimensional (OLAP) and relational (OLTP) databases
- Proven expertise with Power Platform tools like PowerApps and Power Automate
- High proficiency in data ingestion tools such as R script, Alteryx, SSIS, and Python
- Familiarity with creating visualizations using Power BI and conducting QA/testing of user interfaces
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Self-driven and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Develop automation solutions for internal clients to reduce manual and repetitive tasks
- Extract and verify data from various systems using data interfaces and APIs
- Transform and associate data sets, efficiently loading them into relational databases to ensure integrity and optimization
- Conduct data analysis to support business operations, decision-making, and strategic projects
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and data engineering, to facilitate smooth data flow and integration
- Perform regular data quality assessments and implement measures to uphold and enhance data accuracy and reliability
- Design, document, and maintain automation and ETL processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Offer support and training to end-users and stakeholders on data extraction, reporting tools, and analytical techniques
- Keep abreast of advancements in AI, data analytics technologies, and industry best practices to continually improve data analysis capabilities
