Requirements

Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Science, Informatics, Business, or a related field is required; a Masters degree is preferred - Over 10 years of experience in enterprise data architecture, data engineering, data analysis, migration, modeling, integration, warehousing, ETL/OLAP tools, quality, and cloud solutions, preferably in a Healthcare or related sector - At least 6 years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) design and execution - Proven experience in designing and implementing data integration pipelines using ETL/ELT tools, along with event-driven and API-based integrations - Demonstrated ability to operate strategically and tactically in enterprise data architecture initiatives - Experience in designing and moving enterprise data solutions, including on-premise MS SQL EDWs or AWS-based data lakes and warehouses to cloud platforms like Snowflake - In-depth knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) with hands-on experience with Profisee, Snowflake, ETL, serverless computing (Lambda, Step Functions), and cloud-native tools (Glue, S3, Redshift, Athena, Airflow-MWAA) - Strong understanding of data governance concepts, including stewardship workflows, data ownership models, and quality controls - Advanced skills in configuring Profisee entities, modeling, business rules, match/merge logic, and survivorship strategies - Proficient in data architecture and engineering, particularly in Master Data Management implementation patterns, data integration, and handling large-scale, high-velocity data sets - Capable of translating business domain demands into scalable master data models

Responsibilities

- Design and develop cloud-based Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, predominantly using Profisee, while evaluating and integrating multi-cloud platforms like Snowflake as required - Construct scalable, enterprise-level data architectures by working closely with both internal and external cross-functional teams to acquire, transform, validate, master, and deliver data from various sources, enhancing data accuracy and accessibility - Continuously refine the data architecture strategy, ensuring alignment of MDM architecture with enterprise data architecture objectives by collaborating with business stakeholders and IT leadership to modernize data-centric systems - Oversee the development of scalable MDM solutions supporting key areas such as Patient, Provider, Location, Product, Payer, and Reference Data - Create data models, hierarchies, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies within Profisee - Develop and maintain canonical data models and standardized data definitions across the enterprise - Work with data governance teams to establish frameworks and policies for managing the master data lifecycle, including onboarding, stewardship, change management, auditing, data quality, cataloging, and metadata management - Design efficient data distribution patterns to maintain synchronization of mastered data across downstream systems - Provide hands-on leadership and expertise in Profisee for implementation teams, including data engineers, analysts, and data stewards - Architect secure and compliant data systems, encompassing structures, pipelines, and infrastructure, while ensuring compliance with regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and improving data quality
