Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, DAM Librarian, or Taxonomy roles
- Hands-on expertise with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets
- Strong background in asset migrations
- Proficient in metadata schemas
- Skilled in taxonomy design and implementation
- Experience in executing bulk metadata operations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle large asset volumes
- Capability to adhere to structured processes and checklists consistently
- Familiarity with supporting campaign or marketing asset ecosystems (preferred)
- Understanding of AEM Content Hub (preferred)
- Experience in managing metadata dropdowns via JSON (preferred)
- Background in enterprise brand or marketing environments (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Direct assistance with campaign asset migrations into AEM Assets
- Ensure metadata and taxonomy alignment with enterprise brand standards
- Maintain frontend discoverability through AEM Content Hub
- Prepare operational readiness for downstream creative and marketing teams
- Create and update a thorough asset migration inventory, covering:
- Asset counts
- File sizes
- File types
- Source locations
- Validate the completeness of inventory against migration checklists and schedules
- Identify any gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies before ingestion
- Recommend logical and scalable folder structures that meet campaign and brand requirements
- Implement recommended folder structures directly in AEM Assets
- Ensure folder taxonomy promotes discoverability, governance, and reuse
