Requirements
Must:
- Over 8 years of experience in enterprise program or project management
- Proven track record of delivering large, multi-workstream projects
- Strong skills in managing dependencies, risks, and stakeholder relationships
- Ability to convey technical matters in an executive-friendly manner
- Understanding of Governance, Risk & Compliance operating models
- Experience in developing and implementing control frameworks
- Familiar with the refresh of risk registers and aligning risk frameworks
- Knowledge of compliance and certification efforts (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC2)
- Proficient in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) strategy and execution
- Experience managing the implementation of security platforms and tools
- Skilled in coordinating security assessment processes, tracking, and reporting
- Experience in remediation coordination and monitoring progress
- Familiar with network and firewall security principles
- Experience liaising with IT, networking teams, and external service providers
- Knowledgeable in audit readiness and evidence coordination for technical gaps
- Comfortable working in complex, matrixed IT infrastructure environments
- Proficient with tools like Jira/ADO, Confluence/SharePoint, and Smartsheet
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Cyber program workstreams
- Develop and oversee integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, and RAID logs
- Facilitate weekly execution meetings, resolve issues, and prepare leadership updates
- Collaborate with Cyber, IT, Network Security, vendors, and other partners
- Proactively identify potential risks and provide clear options for mitigation
