Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in optimizing performance creative for paid campaigns, with evidence of ongoing testing and measurable improvements
- Proficient in guiding agency partners through the entire creative development process (briefing, developing, testing, and executing), with a solid background in establishing clear expectations, facilitating quick feedback loops, and ensuring accountability for delivery and performance results
- Robust cross-functional collaboration capabilities: adept at aligning Performance Marketing, Media, and creative/brand teams regarding priorities, timelines, and decision-making points
- Preferred: Background in marketing consumer mobile applications and/or SaaS products
Responsibilities
- Direct the creative execution of performance marketing efforts by crafting briefs and leading creative agencies to develop global campaign strategies and content
- Oversee the creation of all marketing materials, confirming they meet our marketing goals and adhere to brand guidelines; Manage the campaign budget to optimize fund allocation
- Implement a test-and-learn methodology to refine campaign assets, enhancing efficiency and performance throughout the campaigns lifecycle; Work closely with the media team and agency partners to analyze key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance creative effectiveness
- Facilitate successful go-to-market launches by managing intricate scheduling in close collaboration with agency partners and internal teams
- Foster strong relationships with product management, product marketing, agency partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution
