Requirements
Must:
- Proficient in translating business needs and engaging stakeholders
- Able to explain AI governance and guidelines in easily understandable terms
- Knowledgeable about M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio concepts (hands-on experience is not necessary)
- Capable of collaborating with business, adoption, and platform teams
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business units to identify and refine agent use cases for Copilot Studio that meet established business requirements
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries related to Copilot Studio adoption (including what is permissible, suitable candidates, and next steps)
- Assist Agent Makers by emphasizing training, accountability, and governance standards
- Aid in converting business concepts into governed, scalable solutions in partnership with technical and governance teams
- Enforce necessary boundaries (such as prohibiting autonomous agents, ensuring human-in-the-loop controls, and adhering to the DEV/UAT/PROD lifecycle)
- Contribute to the development of straightforward, user-friendly training materials that clarify Copilot Studios capabilities and limitations
- Support broader M365 Copilot adoption initiatives (without direct ownership)
- Position Copilot Studio as a complementary asset to M365 Copilot, rather than a substitute
- Collaborate with Copilot Champions and experienced users to uncover suitable ideas for Copilot Studio
- Gather and disseminate feedback regarding adoption hurdles, unclear points, and training deficiencies
