Requirements

Responsibilities
- Join our Contact Center Platforms team to support the development and maintenance of various contact center platforms, including Five9, Verint, LiveVox, Zendesk, and Oracle Fusion Service Cloud
- Provide frontline (Level 1) support and administration (Level 2) for contact center systems
- Assist users and manage triage, ensuring efficient service delivery
- Configure platforms and oversee workflow management to enhance system performance
- Optimize systems to ensure reliable communication via voice, email, and chat channels
- Create and manage email profiles, campaigns, and templates for Five9
- Update branding elements in email templates, including the banks name, logo, and signature details
- Validate quality of email, voicemail, and IVR changes on the Five9 platform
- Ensure proper routing and configuration of email addresses in Zendesk and update related macros and templates
- Maintain and update ODA chatbot with relevant branding information in the Oracle Fusion Service Cloud
