Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, or Analytics/Statistics
- 3-5 years of relevant industry experience
- Proven track record of identifying opportunities to automate processes in a scalable manner
- Familiarity with the research process, both qualitative and quantitative, with hands-on experience in various consumer research projects
- Proficient in utilizing or willing to learn research-related software/tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python, Forsta, QuestionPro, Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Lighthouse Studio, etc.)
- Knowledgeable about diverse data types and adept at integrating data to extract insights
- Skillful in identifying business questions/needs suitable for consumer research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking competencies
- Experience in consumer research, including managing projects from initiation to completion, writing questionnaires, composing research reports, and creating data visuals
Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated advocate for consumers across client brands
- Promote and facilitate the use of research platforms, tools, and methodologies to standardize and enhance the speed of research
- Contribute to innovative solutions and continuous improvements aligned with business objectives, grounded in academic and industry best practices
- Assist in developing a functional roadmap that provides a suite of consumer research products designed to meet business queries while ensuring scalability
- Work collaboratively with client leads and leadership to enhance research offerings
- Conduct research following standardized inputs and outputs throughout the research process, including briefs, surveys, analysis, deliverables, and quality assurance
