Community Resource Center Specialist

- Act as a front-line, in-person support for community members and visitors - Address inquiries and assist individuals in navigating available health, wellness, and community resources - Identify social needs (e.g., access to food, transportation, education) and connect individuals to suitable services - Provide follow-up assistance in select cases to ensure needs are met Outreach & Engagement: - Engage in activities and events that enhance awareness and participation at the CRC - Assist in promoting classes, workshops, and health-focused initiatives - Foster strong relationships with community partners, agencies, and vendors Operations & Event Support: - Support daily CRC operations, such as scheduling, room arrangement, and general coordination - Assist with the setup and breakdown of events for classes and clinics (tables, chairs, materials) - Maintain accurate records and assist with basic data entry and reporting - Coordinate with vendors and instructors as necessary Project & Program Support: - Help with the planning, execution, and assessment of CRC programs and services - Support special initiatives by adhering to established work plans, procedures, and timelines - Identify service gaps and provide recommendations for enhancements
