Requirements
Must:
- We are looking for a seasoned data governance leader with strong experience shaping and driving governance strategy.
- We need hands-on Collibra expertise, including both data governance and data quality capabilities.
- We require experience designing and building governance frameworks, not only working within existing ones.
- We need the ability to connect business objectives, governance practices, and platform architecture.
- We value experience expanding governance programs from early-stage efforts into mature operating models.
- We seek strong technical capability, with SQL strongly preferred.
- We would consider Python experience a plus.
- We expect experience with our data environment, including Snowflake and a growing Databricks footprint.
- We prefer familiarity with reporting and access tools such as Power BI and OMNI.
Responsibilities
- We translate business needs into effective Collibra-based solutions.
- We evaluate our current platform and recommend practical enhancements.
- We provide guidance across Collibra and the broader ecosystem.
- We work directly in the platform, contributing hands-on rather than serving in an advisory-only capacity.
- We mentor and support junior and mid-level teammates.
- We design and implement an enterprise data governance framework.
- We define and operationalize our data stewardship model.
- We establish and refine governance workflows.
- We build and improve data quality processes.
- We contribute within a small, high-visibility team with broad organizational impact.

We are seeking a Collibra Data Governance Strategist for our team in West Bend, WI. This is a high-impact opportunity on a small, visible group of about three full-time employees and one contractor, where your work will be seen across the organization.
