Requirements
Must:
- Experience in COBOL programming
- Background as a Mainframe Developer
- Proficiency with GITLAB/IDz, JCL, VSAM, DB2
- Previous experience in a similar role or equivalent knowledge is essential

Responsibilities
- Provide daily support for ITSM tools, including scripting, configuration, integrations, and administration
- Collect business requirements for each module from functional teams
- Create and develop system testing procedures
- Generate or update documentation to guarantee standard procedures and knowledge transfer
- Diagnose and resolve issues; develop workflow, Java Script routines, and tailor system configurations according to business needs
- Maintain ongoing communication with management and clients regarding system status
