Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Over 6 years of demonstrated experience in business or systems analysis, preferably within the financial services sector.
- Expertise in Derivative Trade Processing and Collateral Management from either a business or technology perspective.
- Proficiency in Calypso Configuration and the CATT tool.
- Skilled in articulating clear and concise requirements while supporting financial applications.
- Experience leading projects in collaboration with a team of analysts and developers.
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and provide training to junior team members.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Postman, Excel, SQL, and Microservices-based applications is preferred.
- Capacity to comprehend the technology and software architecture of applications.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of successful delivery of complex technology projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship management, and facilitation abilities.
- A strong team player with a collaborative work approach.
- Talented in establishing and sustaining positive relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
- Confident in engaging in trade-off discussions with business partners.
- Consistently delivers exceptional written and verbal communication across business and technical teams in the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on projects as a Calypso Analyst within our team located in Westlake, TX.
- Analyze and document business requirements effectively to support financial applications.
- Participate in projects, working closely with a dedicated team of analysts and developers.
- Mentor and support less experienced colleagues, sharing knowledge and expertise.
- Utilize tools like JIRA and SQL to manage and streamline processes.
- Engage in trade processing and collateral management activities, ensuring top-notch efficiency.
- Foster and maintain relationships with both business partners and the technology team.
- Lead discussions on project trade-offs, guiding decision-making processes.
