Requirements
Must:
- 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis within complex, enterprise settings
- Strong expertise in CRM functional and technical analysis
- Proven experience with large-scale CRM implementations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills suitable for executive-level interactions
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Skilled at articulating requirements, insights, and recommendations clearly
- Demonstrated ability to convert technical concepts into business terminologies
- Experience in supporting discovery, documentation, and stakeholder alignment
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with business and executive stakeholders to assess current and future states
- Lead workshops to document existing processes and design optimized workflows
- Identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and gaps
- Execute root-cause analysis to ensure solutions meet genuine business needs
- Convert business objectives into clear actionable items such as business requirements and functional workflows
- Drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
- Ensure traceability between business goals, requirements, and the solutions delivered
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of solutions with documented business needs
- Assist in conducting fit-gap analysis to fully utilize platform capabilities
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to confirm business outcomes
- Prepare and present executive-level presentations, readouts, and recommendations
- Translate complex technical topics into accessible, business-oriented language
- Act as a liaison between business leadership, project teams, and technical partners
Description
