Requirements
Must:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with the Microsoft technology stack
- 2+ years of proficiency with Telerik UI components for .NET web applications
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring frameworks like Serilog, Application Insights, or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core/.NET 9, ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, and Entity Framework Core
- Solid grasp of SignalR and real-time communication paradigms
- Familiarity with Blazor (Server or WebAssembly) is an advantage
- Expert in multi-tenant SaaS application development, MS SQL Server, and data modeling
- Comfortable utilizing both Visual Studio and JetBrains Rider IDE in daily tasks
- Proficient in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX
- Skilled in using Git, Azure DevOps, and contemporary CI/CD best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Highly self-driven with outstanding time management and accountability
- Prior experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment is highly desirable
Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and maintain a contemporary full-stack multi-tenant SaaS platform leveraging .NET 9, C#, and Azure
- Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and clean architecture principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and sustainable growth
- Develop intuitive and responsive front-end interfaces using Telerik UI for ASP.NET Core, Bootstrap, Razor Pages, HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript
- Design and implement secure, efficient APIs, services, and background tasks using ASP.NET Core, EF Core, and SignalR
- Utilize Azure services such as Azure App Services, Functions, Storage, Key Vault, and Azure SQL for hosting and infrastructure
- Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using ASP.NET Identity, JWT, and role-based access control
- Optimize front-end performance and user experience while maintaining clean, reusable component structures
- Model and deploy scalable, multi-tenant data architecture with SQL Server and Azure SQL
- Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize features, plan sprints, and ensure swift, high-quality releases
- Work with modern development tools including JetBrains Rider IDE or Visual Studio, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
