Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field preferred, with equivalent experience considered
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in areas such as MS Azure data reporting, database development, or enterprise analytics
- Proficient in BI ETL tools and processes
- Strong understanding of finance and banking sectors, specifically loan and deposit products
- Experienced in version control and relational database management
- Proficient in ETL/ELT frameworks, SQL Server, SSMS, SSRS, SSIS, and Oracle IDE
- Familiar with Microsoft Azure environments including Data Factory, Data Bricks, and Synapse
- Skilled in MS Visual Studio
- Capable of making decisions and leading the BI team when necessary
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within teams

- Provide training to new and existing BI team members on technologies and practices related to data pipelines and models
