Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 8 to 10 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting
- 5 to 8 years of experience in building end-to-end dashboards (model, visuals, publish)
- 5 to 8 years of experience in data querying and transformation
- 5 to 8 years of experience in KPI design, performance measurement, and analysis
- Strong experience with Power BI and other reporting tools
- Proficient in Excel; working knowledge of SQL and data modeling is preferred
- Experience in translating business inquiries into measurable KPIs
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills
- Capacity to convey insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define, document, and standardize KPIs that align with business goals
- Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and regular performance reports (weekly, monthly, executive)
- Analyze KPI trends, variances, and drivers; generate insights and recommendations
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of data across reports and sources
- Automate reporting processes where feasible to enhance scalability and reliability
- Develop clear data visualizations and narratives specifically for executive and operational teams
- Set up reporting governance, definitions, and metric documentation
- Assist with ad hoc analysis and in-depth dives to support decision-making
- Continuously refine KPI frameworks to adapt to changing business requirements
