Requirements
Must:
- Degree in a technical or business field; a combination of both is advantageous
- 5+ years in roles focused on data (analyst, developer, architect, consultant)
- Experience acting as or closely supporting an Agile Product Owner, including backlog management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Familiarity with data modeling and data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Oracle) is beneficial
- Proficient in SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills across diverse disciplines, comfortable presenting to executives and operational leaders
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and focused on achieving business outcomes
- Adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Experience with Python is recommended but not mandatory
- Solid understanding of data and business architecture, with a preference for candidates experienced in P&C Insurance and Auto Claims

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to comprehend goals and pinpoint data opportunities
- Develop logical data structures that are aligned with business processes and strategic goals
- Work alongside technology teams to execute data solutions
- Act as a subject matter expert regarding business data in projects and transformations
- Create and maintain targeted data assets (e.g., data marts, reporting layers)
- Assist with data analysis by converting analytical needs into data requirements
- Foster communication between business and technology teams
- Assess outcomes to confirm that solutions provide business value
