Requirements
Must:
- Proven track record in Business Analysis, project coordination, or testing support roles
- Outstanding organizational and communication abilities
- Experience assisting with testing cycles, issue tracking, and release coordination
- Comfortable engaging with technical teams and comprehending system modifications (knowledge of Java or automation experience is advantageous, yet not necessary)
- Capacity to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to instill structure, ensure follow-through, and maintain accountability
- Familiarity with system upgrades or modernization projects (Nice to Have)
- Experience assisting with the retirement of legacy platforms (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to automation or web-based enterprise applications (Nice to Have)
- Past experience in hypercare or post-go-live support (Nice to Have)
Responsibilities
- Manage all meeting arrangements, including scheduling, sending invites, reminders, managing agendas, and following up
- Take detailed notes during working and testing sessions, capturing screenshots and action items to keep SMEs focused on execution
- Develop and oversee testing logs, address issues, and identify discrepancies or obstacles
- Monitor deliverables, action items, and status updates; proactively follow up to ensure progress is maintained
- Deliver concise and customized updates—quick notes for leadership and comprehensive reports for executive stakeholders
- Organize training sessions: schedule, ensure participant readiness, track attendance, and perform follow-ups
- Assist during go-live and hypercare phases, including initial issue triaging and directing queries to IT or business/functional teams
- Support post-deployment stabilization and maintain ongoing communication about results
