Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree with a minimum of 4 years of directly related experience in supply chain, data analysis, or similar fields
- Strong problem-solving abilities and data storytelling skills to convert business challenges into actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency with analytical tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake, Databricks; familiarity with Python/R is a bonus
- Proven capability to collaborate and lead across teams and stakeholders to achieve significant outcomes
- Ability to articulate and communicate a strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners using various platforms
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources to generate reports and insights aimed at enhancing business operations
- Track and evaluate the health of the business by establishing and utilizing success metrics in visual formats
- Collaborate with senior and lead business analysts to refine reporting and analytics best practices
- Develop and maintain a decision-making model that facilitates improved operational, tactical, and strategic choices related to consumer value and profitability
