Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is necessary
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience is required
- Understanding of business and management principles related to strategic planning, resource allocation, and production techniques
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with keen attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills
- Capability to work autonomously and efficiently manage time
- Proficiency in applying accounting and mathematical concepts as necessary
- Competence in analyzing business trends to forecast future revenues and expenses
- Familiarity with software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Enterprise Applications is a plus
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and sustain communication services between business units and from the project team to the organization
- Manage the storage and retrieval of all project communication data and business metrics
- Evaluate contracts, cost proposals, and related modifications
- Develop project frameworks and work breakdown structures
- Establish and document business processes
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring transaction controls and costs align with budgetary constraints
- Anticipate potential budget overruns and recommend solutions

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, overseeing non-IT projects, and fulfilling essential organizational roles below management levels. You will operate primarily onsite from Monday to Thursday, with remote work options available on Fridays.
