Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in business, statistics, or a related field is preferred
- Over 5 years of experience supporting B2C, customer experience, operational, and product initiatives
- Proficient knowledge of Python and SQL
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Cloud Platform BigQuery, DataBricks, Qlik Sense, SuperGlue, GitHub, Tableau, Salesforce, AWS, NotebookLM, Gemini, ChatGPT, Looker, Google Data Studio, JIRA, Airtable, Smartsheets, Excel, and Google Sheets
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and transform insights into actionable recommendations for product and operational improvements
- Responsible for data stewardship and governance to maintain data schemas and repositories
- Develop and sustain dashboards and reporting capabilities for effective communication of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Prioritize and complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests promptly and accurately
- Create statistical analysis models, learning plans, experimentation designs, and A/B testing protocols
- Utilize knowledge of platforms and processes to define requirements for enhancing internal tools and reporting through automation and data consolidation
