Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting is essential
- CPA or Masters degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Over 5 years of experience in overseeing financial operations and accounting policy management
- Knowledge of SAP, FMIP, Passport, and general financial reporting methodologies
- Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes
Responsibilities
- Prepare financial and operational budget reports at the plant or site level
- Assist with daily accounting tasks at the site, including crafting journal entries, ensuring proper consolidation and reporting of project entities, and confirming compliance with SOX regulations
- Forecast site activities and prepare quarterly tax provisions, ensuring timely reporting
- Administer and interpret applicable accounting policies for the site
- Ensure precise consolidation of project entities and produce comprehensive financial reporting and forecasting
- Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and site-level financial consolidations
