Asset Data Integration Analyst

- Assist in establishing and maintaining system data flows in accordance with essential business processes, collaborating with consultants for enhancements to the Asset Data Model, Maximo-SAP integration, and the use of Maximo components for failure reporting and RCM, while ensuring stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles - Manage the execution and sustainability of metrics and analytics to monitor asset data collection, including defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs related to data completeness, accuracy, and quality - Collaborate with the Quality team to create sustainable process maps, standards, and procedures to support PGDs asset management program - Generate clear, actionable technical guidelines and assist in the design and integration requirements of data interfaces in partnership with System Integrators and PGD business stakeholders - Aid in configuring and utilizing the Asset Data Model (ADM) tool in alignment with onboarding initiatives to produce standardized asset data structures - Team up with IT to facilitate data loads into Maximo environments, resolve system access issues, and establish effective deployment processes - Create training materials and assist in change management initiatives to promote adoption, consistency, and operational readiness - Organize and support testing for systems, integration, and stakeholder engagement in relation to Maximo enhancements and changes to the asset data model
