Requirements

Must:
- Over 7 years of practical experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise - Proven track record implementing Esri Utility Network in live environments - In-depth experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM XI, particularly ArcFM Server - Background in implementing Fiber Manager XI and Conduit Manager - Extensive understanding of enterprise GIS frameworks, services, and security measures - Proficient in using SQL Server or PostgreSQL for enterprise geodatabases - Knowledgeable about utility operations, network modeling, and data governance - Experience in deploying production-ready ArcFM XI and Utility Network solutions - Prior experience in fully deploying an ArcGIS Enterprise environment - Ability to document workflows, architectural designs, and operational protocols - Proven capability in validating services for editing, tracing, and utility operations Preferred Qualifications: - Certifications in ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, or Schneider Electric - Experience migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network - Familiarity with integrating ArcFM/Utility Network with Cityworks, ADMS, or mobility solutions - Background in supporting regulated utility or telecommunications sectors

Responsibilities

- Lead the setup and configuration of Esri Utility Network for electric or communication systems, including domain networks and connectivity rules - Design and implement the integration of ArcFM with Utility Network, focusing on transaction management and validation workflows - Configure enterprise geodatabase frameworks using SQL Server or PostgreSQL, aligning with ArcFM and Utility Network - Publish and verify Utility Network-enabled and ArcFM services for editing, tracing, and system integration - Establish security measures and role-based access control for ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcFM - Aid in data transition from legacy models like Geometric Network to Utility Network and ArcFM - Conduct system validations, performance assessments, and readiness evaluations for production - Document configurations, architectures, workflows, and best practices for operational efficiency - Deploy and set up Schneider Electric ArcFM XI components, including Core Framework and Fiber Manager - Oversee the deployment and configuration of ArcGIS Enterprise resources, including Portal, Server, and Data Store
