Requirements
Must:
- 6-10 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Unix, Batch processing, and FTP
- Familiarity with internal processes, including SAP adapter and SAP R/3 transactions related to batch processing
- Strong skills in application analysis and design, along with excellent troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of security and control concepts
- Experience with AWK and SED
- Capability in ad-hoc reporting from AutoSys databases
- Knowledge of SQL
- Expertise in mainframe dataset allocation and security using ACF2
Responsibilities
- Engage in extensive UNIX shell script programming utilizing both C and Korn shell
- Develop UNIX-based systems that are resilient, capable of step restart, and reusable
- Configure Connect Direct, XCOM, and FTP processes for file transfers across various platforms
- Grasp the requirements and protocols for establishing both dedicated and Internet-based frame relay connections using TCP/IP
- Facilitate collaboration among interdisciplinary teams
- Implement complex scheduling via AutoSys
