Application Analyst - Advanced Technologies

- Continuously enhance understanding of product features and requirements - Oversee, coordinate, and offer consultative assistance to business line clients on a daily basis - Deliver exceptional customer support to both external and internal clients, including responding to incidents, proactively notifying them of issues, evaluating business impact, and identifying underlying causes - Lead the monitoring and testing of new releases and systems, as well as modifications and fixes to current systems to guarantee effective implementation - Analyze system logic and apply evaluative judgment to provide recommendations and implement enhancements or fixes - Communicate and resolve complex application issues with key stakeholders including management, development teams, end users, and unit leaders - Build and nurture partnerships with internal stakeholders to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and related application/IT platform solutions - Define and outline the scope and objectives for changes through research and understanding of business systems and industry standards; document requirements accordingly - Research and assess new or upgraded application functionalities with business partners to assist them in preparing relevant training and procedure updates - Foster and develop relationships with vendors and external industry contacts, working closely with them to ensure third-party applications operate as intended - Provide intermediate to complex analysis to support system upgrades and process modifications - Prepare documentation of changes for regulatory compliance, including SOX, internal and external auditors, and other relevant agencies as necessary
