Requirements
Must:
- Certified as an Adobe Campaign Business Practitioner
- Over 5 years of experience working with Adobe Campaign
- More than 3 years of experience using Adobe version 7
- At least 3 years of experience creating emails using HTML
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with Adobe version 8
- Over 2 years of experience with Adobe AJO
- At least 2 years of experience with AEM
- A minimum of 2 years of working with Adobe Message Center
- Proficient in CSS
- Skilled in JavaScript
- Experience in troubleshooting issues in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Familiarity with email rendering tools (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)
- Knowledge of best practices for email deliverability
- Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively communicate schedules
Responsibilities
- Set up workflows and launch transactional and marketing Email and SMS communications in Adobe Campaign versions 7, 8, and AJO
- Design and oversee HTML templates in both UAT and Production settings
- Create and test custom scripts for data manipulation and personalization using JavaScript
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to integrate and ensure compatibility with internal GM applications via APIs
- Monitor system performance and resolve issues as needed, collaborating with the Marketing Technology team and other internal tech groups
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to grasp campaign needs and provide technical solutions
