Requirements
Must:

- Preferred: experience in supporting portfolio-level Agile initiatives or enterprise transformation
- Preferred: experience with risk reporting
- Preferred: Agile certifications (not mandatory)
Responsibilities
- Lead coordination of Agile portfolios across various teams within the Consumer Lending technology sector
- Draft and oversee portfolio-level epics while fostering alignment among engineering, architecture, and technical leadership teams
- Facilitate collaborative efforts between product owners, engineers, architects, and technical managers to ensure effective initiative progression
- Aid the organization in transitioning from a legacy internal system to a Jira-centric portfolio management approach
- Conduct analyses to comprehend cross-team dependencies and align delivery across multiple verticals
- Employ Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) to synchronize work across approximately 50+ delivery teams
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and promote greater visibility into delivery progress and risks
- Relay updates, insights, and suggestions to a range of stakeholders from front-line staff to senior leadership
- Engage proactively with stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify priorities, and eliminate obstacles
