Requirements
Must:
- High School diploma or GED (mandatory)
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (preferred)
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience (required)
- 5-7 years of experience as a systems administrator (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud-based management services (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent analytical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills
- Effective communication and collaboration abilities
- Capacity to work autonomously or within a team-focused setting
- Proficient documentation skills for developing procedural and technical documentation
Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration of physical access systems and program access points for new facilities
- Manage user access, support modifications to access roles, identify and assign privileged users, and uphold access permissions in the physical access system
- Conduct regular audits and validation checks to ensure the integrity of physical access system credentials
- Perform routine system maintenance and monitor ongoing performance
- Act as the primary contact for troubleshooting and resolving system issues
- Assist project teams with technical concerns during the initiation and planning stages of new projects
- Provide training and support to end-users and develop user manuals along with system documentation
- Coordinate system upgrades and implementation of new features
- Undertake other job-related tasks as assigned

In this role, you will support physical access systems and processes aimed at enhancing efficiency, reliability, security, and performance across our power generation division facilities.
