Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related field, along with 5 years of pertinent work experience, or relevant postgraduate studies
- Proficiency in Python (essential for AI) and familiarity with Java/NodeJS
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Typescript is advantageous
- Strong expertise in REST API development, database management (PostgreSQL, Oracle), and DevOps methodologies (CI/CD, containerization, Kubernetes, Cloud)
- Practical experience with large language models (LLMs) for information retrieval and data science tasks
- Familiarity with multi-agent systems, tool invocation, and workflow orchestration (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex)
- Proven capability to develop end-to-end integrations connecting backend AI services with user-facing applications
Responsibilities
- Rapidly create proof of concepts utilizing AI tools and deploy them at scale to validate their effectiveness
- Support and enhance our internal AI infrastructure to ensure a solid foundation for our pilot programs
- Explore and assess emerging AI technologies to uncover valuable opportunities for the organization
- Exhibit technical design and analysis capabilities while balancing ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate exceptional communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
- Maintain a strong track record of quickly mastering novel concepts and programming libraries
- Adapt to evolving business priorities and advancements in technology
- Drive innovation and implement forward-thinking solutions
- Collaborate with both internal and external teams to provide technological solutions that meet business needs
- Address technical challenges and mitigate risks to keep projects advancing swiftly
- Serve as a technical mentor for the team, keeping them updated on the latest data technologies and fostering continuous learning
