Requirements
Must:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in GTM Engineering, Revenue Operations, Sales Engineering, or a comparable technical position, with a focus of at least 2 years on AI/ML solutions
- Demonstrated success in leading complex AI projects within a GTM or RevOps environment
- Practical experience in developing with LLMs and AI agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce (Apex, SOQL, Flow, APIs) and experience in automating CRM workflows
- Familiarity with Workday and/or LMS platform integrations and APIs
- Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript for crafting automation and integrations
- Understanding of agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, etc.)
- Experience in designing and executing end-to-end testing frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, QMetry, or AI-native equivalents)
- Solid grasp of REST APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Enablement, and RevOps to identify operational challenges and revenue obstacles
- Engineer AI-driven solutions to streamline processes and mitigate friction at scale
- Develop autonomous agents and automate comprehensive workflows tailored for go-to-market execution
- Deploy intelligent solutions within our GTM technology stack
- Lead initiatives that leverage AI to enhance operational efficiency and revenue generation
