Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field from an ABET-accredited program
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in Python
- Experience in developing and deploying production software systems
- Full-stack development experience, covering both frontend and backend
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and contemporary cloud architectures
- Knowledge of DevOps principles, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automation of deployments
- Experience in designing and utilizing APIs in line with industry best practices
- Proficiency in source control and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub)
- Strong analytical, communication, and systems-thinking abilities
- Capacity to function effectively and autonomously within a large, intricate enterprise environment
Responsibilities
- Design and implement generative AI applications that tackle genuine operational and business problems, from inception to production
- Convert business requirements into scalable GenAI system architectures, carefully selecting suitable models, tools, and integration methods
- Develop and sustain full-stack applications, including LLM-powered tools, internal platforms, and APIs
- Execute LLM integrations using techniques like RAG, prompt engineering, tool calling, and API-driven workflows
- Maintain a balance between swift experimentation and robust enterprise-grade reliability, security, and governance
- Utilize DevOps best practices to enhance CI/CD, monitoring, and scalable cloud deployments
- Collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams while taking independent charge of technical execution
- Assess and prototype evolving GenAI tools and platforms for potential business benefits
- Effectively articulate technical concepts, trade-offs, and suggestions to non-technical audiences
- Remain updated on emerging GenAI capabilities, internal projects, and industry developments
