Requirements
Must:
- Demonstrated experience in crafting high-quality prompt instructions and iterating them to achieve consistent and reliable results
- Proven capability in designing and developing AI-assisted workflows, including experimentation and continual enhancement
- Practical experience in building workflows independently; we seek a hands-on individual who can effectively create and implement operational workflows and agents
- Familiarity with enterprise Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude Enterprise, and/or Copilot, including their integration into business processes
- Experience in organizing operational content using tools such as Airtable and managing automation from structured data to AI-generated outputs (e.g., newsletter creation)
- Ability to produce workflow outputs suitable for executive review, focusing on clarity and appropriate visuals, meeting business intelligence standards
- Collaborative mindset to work alongside product, data, and organizational teams to foster adoption and efficient use of AI agents/workflows
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality prompt instructions and establish AI-assisted workflows/agents to minimize repetitive manual tasks
- Focus on defining desired outcomes first, then reverse engineering and automating workflows to reliably deliver results through ongoing refinement and testing
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and relevant teams to enhance the adoption and effectiveness of AI workflows
- Engage in a process of trial and error to achieve successful automation outcomes, addressing ambiguous challenges as they arise
- Continuously fine-tune workflows based on feedback and results to drive operational efficiency
