Requirements
Must:
- 7-10+ years of experience in software engineering, AI engineering, or solution architecture
- 1+ years of experience with GenAI/LLM-based applications (RAG, copilots, or similar)
- Proven experience in client-facing roles with strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional engineering teams
- Solid understanding of APIs and system integrations (REST, OAuth)
- Knowledge of data pipelines and enterprise systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
- Preferred experience in consulting or client delivery settings
- Exposure to agentic AI workflows and orchestration concepts
- Familiarity with tools/frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Pinecone
- Knowledge of enterprise systems such as Snowflake, Appian, or CRM platforms (DealCloud, Backstop, etc.)

- Collaborate at the intersection of business, AI technology, and project delivery
- Engage confidently with client stakeholders to assess their needs
- Develop actionable technical plans from business requirements
- Oversee and drive execution across distributed engineering teams
- Emphasize solution development, effective communication, and ownership of project delivery
- Guide architectural decisions to ensure quality implementations
- Foster collaboration and coordination among cross-functional teams
