Requirements
Must:
- 3+ years of experience in software development or solutions engineering, including 1-2 years working directly with large language models in production or near-production settings
- Proficient in Python, with skills in API integration, data manipulation, and automation pipelines
- Familiarity with multiple LLM providers and the ability to articulate trade-offs regarding cost, latency, context limits, and tool usage
- Practical experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and at least one agentic orchestration framework (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen)
- Proficiency in SQL, with experience querying financial or operational datasets
- Proven ability to create prototypes aimed at non-technical business stakeholders, beyond just developer tools
- Experience working within cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform) and using Git for version control
- Excellent communication skills, with the capability to simplify AI concepts for senior and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Quickly design and develop AI-powered prototypes for business and executive use cases, providing functional demonstrations within days instead of months
- Manage the full delivery process of AI solutions, from initial scoping to production readiness
- Integrate and orchestrate LLMs from various providers using contemporary Python-based tools
- Construct agentic workflows that meld LLM reasoning with enterprise data, APIs, and systems
- Create user-friendly interfaces that enable non-technical users to access AI functionalities
- Collaborate closely with finance and business leaders to identify high-return AI opportunities and ensure measurable results
- Clearly present AI solutions to senior stakeholders in straightforward, business-oriented language
