Responsibilities
- We design, draft, and refine prompts that produce structured, high-quality content.
- We build and support prompt frameworks that can scale across multiple topics and formats.
- We test model outputs, spot recurring failure patterns, and continuously improve performance.
- We define rules, constraints, and schemas, including JSON output structures, to improve consistency.
- We assess content quality for accuracy, engagement, and repeatability.
- We create new content formats and extend existing ones.
- We collaborate on tools and workflows using ChatGPT, Copilot, spreadsheets, and structured processes.
- We rapidly prototype ideas, validate them, and iterate through hands-on experimentation.
Description
We are seeking a creative, systems-minded Prompt Designer to help us build and refine AI-driven content generation workflows in Redmond, WA. This role sits at the intersection of writing, logic, and experimentation, transforming ambiguous ideas into structured prompt systems that consistently produce accurate and engaging results.
