Requirements
Must:

Responsibilities
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption and awareness of AI tools, including Microsoft 365 Copilot and the Internal AI Chat Platform
- Lead user adoption initiatives for over 12,000 users
- Design and deliver AI training programs for more than 20,000 colleagues
- Serve as the primary engagement lead for AI enablement
- Manage user communications such as feature announcements and usage guidance
- Regularly present to executive and end-user audiences
- Host office hours and facilitate product demonstrations
- Guide users in selecting appropriate tools when the main AI platforms are not suitable
- Support the AI user community and manage AI enablement content on SharePoint
- Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders
Description
We are seeking an AI Governance & Enablement Lead to join our team in Alviso, CA. In this proactive role, you will focus on enabling effective use of AI tools across our organization. We emphasize driving behavior change rather than technical development. As part of our AI Governance core team, you will establish standards and a Center of Excellence to ensure responsible and effective tool usage.
