Requirements
Must:
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience integrating telephony systems with AI or Natural Language Understanding services
- Solid hands-on experience in deploying conversational or AI-driven voice IVR within a live environment
- Strong expertise in voice-centric solutions (focus is on voice rather than chatbots)
- Experience with merging AI/conversational voice technologies into cloud contact center frameworks
- Ability to work autonomously and mentor teams developing conversational AI skills
- Excellent communication abilities to articulate intricate voice and AI ideas to non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI voice journeys within a cloud-based contact center
- Implement and link AI/NLU-driven voice solutions that understand intent and efficiently route callers
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and business teams to enhance IVR experiences
- Facilitate the integration of traditional DTMF IVR with conversational AI, ensuring smooth transitions
- Act as a subject matter authority for conversational IVR, leveraging previous implementation experience
- Offer technical advice and best practices as internal teams expand their conversational AI initiatives
- Diagnose, optimize, and improve voice flows for enhanced performance, accuracy, and caller satisfaction
- Ensure solutions comply with security, reliability, and scalability standards
